Charles Umlauf’s Guardian Angel
Located in The City of Lubbock Cemetery in Lubbock, Texas, Charles Umlauf’s Guardian Angel was in dire need of restoration. In 2019, R. Alden Marshall and Associates of Galveston, TX was hired to repair and restore the statue. Issues present in the statue included cracking, prior coating and repair failure, erosion and more.
BEECK Fixative and Base-V were used for consolidation and crack repair. BEECK Renosil was applied by brush in 4 coats to provide long term weathering protection.
